Make Tofu and Lentil Stir-Fry

Recipe Name: Tofu and Lentil Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup of cooked lentils
- Assorted spices (such as garlic powder, ginger powder, cumin, paprika)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
4. Add the sliced onion and julienned carrot to the skillet and sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked lentils to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
6. Season the mixture with your choice of spices, such as garlic powder, ginger powder, cumin, and paprika. Stir well to evenly distribute the spices.
7. Return the cooked tofu to the skillet and gently mix everything together.
8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve the tofu and lentil stir-fry hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
