Make Tofu Bacon and Tomato Pasta
Tofu Bacon and Tomato Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of diced bacon
- 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup of diced tomato
- 1/2 cup of diced tofu
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy.
3. Add the bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add the tomato and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add the tofu and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet.
7. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve and enjoy!
