Make Tofu Carrot Stir-Fry

Recipe Name: Tofu Carrot Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove tofu from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the sliced carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
4. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
5. Return the tofu to the skillet and mix with the carrots.
6. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the tofu and carrots. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious tofu carrot stir-fry!
