Make Tofu con Arroz

Tofu con Arroz

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of arroz
- 2 tablespoons of manteca
- 1 block of tofu, cubed
- 1/2 cup of diced cebolla

Instructions:

1. Heat the manteca in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the cubed tofu and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the cebolla and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Add the arroz and stir to combine.

5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the arroz is cooked through.

6. Serve the tofu con arroz warm. Enjoy!
