Make Tofu Sushi Bowl with Ramen

Recipe Name: Tofu Sushi Bowl with Ramen

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sushi rice
- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 1 packet of ramen noodles
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- Nori sheets, cut into strips

Instructions:
1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
2. In a pan, heat some oil and add the cubed tofu. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
3. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
5. In a serving bowl, layer the sushi rice, tofu, avocado, cucumber, and carrot.
6. Drizzle the soy sauce mixture over the bowl.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and top with nori strips.
8. Serve the tofu sushi bowl with a side of ramen noodles.
