Make Tofu Veggie Sandwich
Tofu Veggie Sandwich
Ingredients:
-1 block of tofu
-2 slices of brown bread
-1 onion, diced
-1 tomato, diced
-1 bell pepper, diced
-2 green chillies, diced
-1 teaspoon of cumin powder
-1 teaspoon of coriander powder
-1 teaspoon of garam masala
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Place the tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the diced onion, tomato, bell pepper, and green chillies.
4. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper and mix until combined.
5. Once the tofu is done baking, cut it into cubes and add it to the bowl with the veggies.
6. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
7. Toast the slices of brown bread.
8. Spread the tofu and veggie mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
9. Serve and enjoy!
