Tomahawk Steak with Fish Stick Potato Hash

Ingredients:

- 4 fish sticks
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tomahawk steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Place the fish sticks on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Add the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add the spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Transfer the potato hash to a plate and set aside.

9. Heat a separate skillet over medium-high heat.

10. Add the tomahawk steak and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

11. Serve the tomahawk steak with the fish stick potato hash. Enjoy!
