Tomate Atum Arroz
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of arroz
- 2 cans of atum
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
3. Add the arroz and stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the diced tomatoes, atum, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
