Avocado Egg Toast

Ingredients:

- 1 egg
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 tomato
- 2 slices of bread
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk until the yolk and whites are combined.

2. Slice the avocado and tomato into thin slices.

3. Toast the bread until lightly golden.

4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

5. Add the egg to the skillet and cook until the edges are set.

6. Flip the egg and cook for an additional minute.

7. Place the egg on one slice of toast and top with the avocado and tomato slices.

8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

9. Place the other slice of toast on top and enjoy!
