Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of diced tomato
Instructions:
1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place one slice of bread, mayonnaise side down, in the skillet.
4. Top with one slice of cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, and diced tomato.
5. Top with the second slice of cheese and the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side up.
6. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown.
7. Carefully flip the sandwich and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the second slice of bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
