Tomato and Cheese Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:

-1 tomato, diced
-1/2 cup shredded cheese
-1/2 cup plain yogurt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Place diced tomato on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the tomatoes.

4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Remove from oven and let cool.

6. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and cooled tomato and cheese mixture.

7. Mix until well combined.

8. Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables. Enjoy!
