Recipe Name: Tomato and Chicken Frittata

Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs until well beaten.
3. Add the diced tomato, shredded chicken, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mix well to combine.
4. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the edges start to set.
6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.
