Recipe Name: Tomato and Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step Guide:
1. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the diced tomato and cook until it softens.
4. Push the tomato mixture to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side.
5. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then mix them with the tomato mixture.
6. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine with the tomato and egg mixture.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
8. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
