Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 200g pasta
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Step by Step Guide:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.
4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them with the tomatoes and onions.
