Make Tomato and Egg Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced onions and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
5. Push the tomatoes and onions to one side of the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs.
6. Let the eggs set for a few seconds, then gently scramble them until cooked through.
7. Mix the eggs with the tomatoes and onions in the skillet.
8. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well to combine.
9. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
10. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
11. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
