Tomato and Egg Toast


- 2 slices of bread

- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Any other spices of your choice (optional)


1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

2. Toast the bread slices in the skillet until golden brown.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.

5. Add the diced tomatoes and any other spices of your choice.

6. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes are softened.

7. Serve the egg and tomato mixture over the toasted bread slices. Enjoy!
