Make Tomato and Onion Omelette

Recipe: Tomato and Onion Omelette

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and salt until well combined.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until softened.
4. Add the diced tomato to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan, swirling to cover the bottom evenly.
6. Cook the omelette for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
7. Using a spatula, gently lift the edges of the omelette and tilt the pan to let the uncooked eggs flow to the edges.
8. Once the omelette is mostly set but still slightly runny in the middle, fold it in half.
9. Cook for another minute or so until the eggs are fully cooked.
10. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot. Enjoy!
