Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2-3 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they are soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, until the tomatoes start to break down and release their juices.
