Tomato and Potato Curry

Ingredients:

- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions:

1. Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

3. Add the tomatoes, potatoes, sugar, chilli powder, and cumin. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.

4. Add the yogurt and soya sauce and stir to combine.

5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve hot with rice or naan. Enjoy!
