Recipe Name: Tomato and Potato Frittata

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 potato, peeled and diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Pinch of pepper

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, sugar, water, and salt until well combined.
3. Stir in the diced tomato, potato, minced garlic, and pepper.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture.
5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges start to set.
6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is cooked through and slightly golden on top.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
