Tomato and Potato Pasta

Ingredients:

-1 pound of pasta
-2 large tomatoes, diced
-1 cup of tomato sauce
-2 potatoes, peeled and diced
-2 tablespoons of butter
-1 onion, diced
-1/2 cup of red wine

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.

4. Add the tomatoes and tomato sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.

5. Add the red wine and cook for another 5 minutes.

6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
