Tomato Basil Burdock Saute
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup burdock, peeled and diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the tomato and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the basil and burdock and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
