Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup cooked pasta
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soy sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
2. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Push the tomatoes to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side.
4. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then mix them with the tomatoes.
5. Add the cooked rice and pasta to the pan, stirring to combine with the tomatoes and eggs.
