Tomato Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the egg and scramble until cooked through.

3. Add the diced tomato and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
