Make Tomato Fried Rice

Recipe Name: Tomato Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup cooked meat (chicken, beef, or pork), diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tomato, diced

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat some oil over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
3. Push the onion to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
4. Add the diced meat to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes until heated through.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the other ingredients.
6. Season with salt and mix well.
7. Add the diced tomato and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Tomato Fried Rice!
