Tomato Garlic Egg Pasta

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 large tomato, diced

- 2 eggs, lightly beaten

- 8 ounces of pasta of your choice

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

4. Add the diced tomato and cook for 3 minutes.

5. Add the eggs and stir to combine.

6. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions.

8. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the tomato and egg mixture.

9. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.

10. Serve hot. Enjoy!
