Make Tomato Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tomato, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Saute until fragrant and onions are translucent.
3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them until fully cooked.
4. Add diced tomato to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomato softens.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine with the other ingredients.
6. Season with salt and continue to stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the rice is heated through.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
