Recipe Name: Tomato Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Saute until fragrant.
3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them until cooked through.
4. Add the diced tomato and cook until it softens.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine with the other ingredients.
6. Season with salt and black pepper, adjusting to taste.
7. Continue to cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
