Tomato Onion Rava Upma
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup besan
- 1/2 cup rava
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup corn
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.
3. Add the chopped tomato and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add the rice, besan, rava, corn, salt and chili powder.
5. Sauté for a few minutes until the ingredients are well combined.
6. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
7. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until the rice and rava are cooked.
8. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or pickle. Enjoy!
