Make Tomato Papaya Rice Bowl
Tomato Papaya Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup diced papaya
- 1/4 cup chopped chocolate
- 1 potato, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced potato and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the diced tomato, papaya, and chocolate and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Add the shredded cabbage and chopped broccoli and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm.
