Tomato Rice
Ingredients:
-1 cup of uncooked rice
-1 can of diced tomatoes
-1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
2. Add the rice and stir.
3. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Add the can of diced tomatoes and salt. Stir to combine.
5. Cover the pan and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork. Serve warm.
