Tomato Rice Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 cups of cooked pasta
- 2 teaspoons of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, diced carrots, diced potatoes, cooked pasta, and salt.
3. Mix all the ingredients together until combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the top is golden brown.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
