Tomato Rice with Beef and Egg

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of uncooked rice
- 1/2 lb of ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of your favorite seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.

2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is no longer pink.

3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.

4. Push the beef and tomatoes to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through.

5. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and seasoning (if using) to the skillet and mix everything together.

6. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.

7. Serve the tomato rice with beef and egg warm. Enjoy!
