Grilled Niva and Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients:

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of Niva cheese
- 2 slices of tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

2. Place the slices of bread on the skillet and toast until golden brown.

3. Place the slices of Niva cheese on top of the toasted bread.

4. Place the tomato slices on top of the Niva cheese.

5. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

6. Place the other slice of bread on top of the tomato slices.

7. Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes, flipping once, until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.

8. Serve and enjoy!
