Cheesy Tomato Basil Tart

Ingredients:

-1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
-1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
-1 cup of diced tomatoes
-1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
-1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Place the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and roll it out to a 12-inch square. Place the pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3. Sprinkle the cheese over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

4. Top the cheese with the diced tomatoes and chopped basil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

5. Fold the edges of the pastry up and over the filling, pressing lightly to seal.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
