Tomato Garlic Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the tomato mixture. Stir to combine.
5. Serve the pasta topped with the Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
