Tomato Garlic Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.

3. Add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. When the pasta is done cooking, drain it and add it to the skillet with the tomatoes and garlic. Stir to combine.

5. Serve the pasta topped with the chopped parsley. Enjoy!
