Tortilla de Jamón y Muzarella

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 tablespoons of milk

- ½ cup of diced jamón

- ½ cup of diced muzarella

- ½ cup of cooked choclo (corn)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and milk until well combined.

2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are just set.

3. Add the jamón, muzarella, and choclo and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Carefully flip the tortilla and cook for another 2 minutes.

5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
