Tortilla de Tomate, Arroz, Queso y Aceitunas
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the cooked rice, olives, and salt and pepper to the skillet and mix everything together.
4. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the shredded cheese and mix everything together.
6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve the tortilla warm. Enjoy!
