Make Tortilla Española

Tortilla Española

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup of cerveza
- 1/2 cup of diced jamón
- 1/2 cup of grated queso
- 1/2 cup of diced papá
- 1/2 cup of diced tomate
- 1 large huevo

Instructions:

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the cerveza to the skillet and bring to a simmer.

3. Add the jamón, queso, papá, and tomate to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

4. Crack the huevo into the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Cook until the egg is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

6. Serve the tortilla warm. Enjoy!
