Make Tropical Chicken Stir-Fry

Recipe Name: Tropical Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Set aside.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
5. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
6. Add the julienned carrots and green beans, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
7. Add the sliced banana and mango, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
8. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the soy sauce mixture over the ingredients.
9. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
10. Serve the tropical chicken stir-fry over cooked rice and enjoy!
