Recipe Name: Tropical Fruit Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup harina (flour)
- 1 cup leche (milk)
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 cup diced piña (pineapple)

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the harina and leche to make the pancake batter. Mix until smooth.
2. Gently fold in the diced mango and piña into the pancake batter.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.
4. Pour a ladleful of the pancake batter onto the pan to form a pancake.
5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
7. Serve the tropical fruit pancakes warm with maple syrup or honey. Enjoy!
