Recipe Name: Tropical Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 20 to 25g whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup mango chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 cup almond milk

Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the whey protein powder, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, banana, shredded coconut, and almond milk.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a glass and garnish with additional shredded coconut or fruit if desired.
