Truffel Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cups of white rice
- 1 teaspoon of saffron
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of truffle oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.

3. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, stir in the saffron.

4. Toast the bread slices and cut into cubes.

5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, toasted bread cubes, and milk.

6. Drizzle the truffle oil over the mixture and stir to combine.

7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.

8. Serve warm and enjoy!
