Truffle Butter Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup truffle butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the truffle butter over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the truffle butter mixture.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the truffle butter pasta hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
