Truffle Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:
- 2 cups macaroni
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup truffle cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella, cheddar, and truffle cheddar cheeses.
4. In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium-high heat until it begins to simmer.
5. Reduce the heat to low and slowly add the cheese mixture, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
6. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir until combined.
7. Transfer the macaroni and cheese to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
9. Serve hot and enjoy!
