Tuna and Bean Pasta
Ingredients:
-1 can of tuna, drained
-1 can of white beans, drained
-1/2 pound of pasta
-1/4 cup of olive oil
-1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
-1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions.
3. Drain the pasta and set aside.
4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
5. Add the tuna and beans and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
7. Add the parsley and Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
