Make Tuna and Beet Omelet
Tuna and Beet Omelet
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cooked beets, diced
- 1/2 cup canned tuna, drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper until combined.
2. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add beets and tuna and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Pour egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Flip the omelet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
