Make Tuna and Cheese Spaghetti
Tuna and Cheese Spaghetti
Ingredients:
-1 lb spaghetti
-1 can tuna, drained
-1/2 cup cream
-1/4 cup coconut cream
-1/2 cup grated cheese
-1 onion, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tsp fresh thyme
-1 can diced tomatoes
-1 can beans, drained and rinsed
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the tuna, cream, coconut cream, cheese, tomatoes, beans, thyme, and salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
