Make Tuna and Chicken Rice Bowl
Recipe: Tuna and Chicken Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- Handful of lettuce, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, grated
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
2. In a small saucepan, heat the tomato sauce over low heat. Add the drained tuna and soy sauce. Stir to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
3. In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken breast, garlic, and carrot. Cook until the chicken is heated through and the garlic is fragrant.
4. To assemble the rice bowl, divide the cooked rice among serving bowls. Top with the tuna mixture, chicken mixture, chopped lettuce, and grated parmesan cheese.
